A Strategic Plan
RSI will spend time in your midst in order to fully realize the culture, ministry, and hopes of your organization. The strategic planning process includes interviews with the ordained and volunteer leadership, focus group meetings and surveys. Your current financial and facility assets will be evaluated in light of your hopes for growth.

At the completion of your planning process, RSI will present you with a written plan. Your customized strategic plan will identify strengths, distinguish areas to reinforce and include a detailed plan for forward movement. RSI consultants are available for on-going support and counsel.
