Professional Experience
Roy joined the staff of RSI in 1986 with over 20 years' experience in Christian ministry. During his early years, he led over 75 communities of faith in reaching their goals for expansion and development, while generating in excess of $150 million for local ministries; forty-five of those programs raised over $1 million each. Currently, Roy serves as Vice President of RSI and annually assists over 70 individual churches as they seek counsel to evaluate needs, assess potential, clarify vision, and mature the stewardship culture within their congregations. Education Roy earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Hardin-Simmons University, a Master of Divinity and Doctor of Ministry degree from Luther Rice Theological Seminary. Roy and his wife, Barbara, reside in Longmont, Colorado, and are the parents of four adult children and grandparents to three grandchildren. In his spare time he enjoys many outdoor activities, reading, Bible study and quiet family time. |
