Professional Experience
 
Pat Cummins served with distinction as Senior Pastor of five congregations. All of these churches built buildings and expanded ministry under his leadership. Pat served nine years on the Board of Trustees for Wayland Baptist University. He also served on the Executive Board of the Baptist General Convention of Texas, on numerous committees of the Southern Baptist Convention, and as Chair of the Panhandle Pastor and Layman's Conference.
 
Pat has been a leader in Stewardship consulting for the past twenty-five years. Prior to joining RSI he spent fifteen years with a major firm serving the Church market. In that capacity he was consistently the leader in total sales and successful capital campaigns. In 1998, Pat joined the RSI team. His primary role has been to introduce the services of RSI to congregational leaders. During the past twenty-five years, he has worked with more than 150 churches, raising over $400 million.

His passion is assisting pastors and leaders in fulfilling the vision for their ministry. Pat has spoken to national conferences and denominational stewardship summits across the nation. His expertise in visioning strategies and campaign programming has made him a sought-after partner with churches.

Education

Pat earned a B. S. from Howard Payne University, Brownwood, Texas. He also earned a Master of Religious Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, Fort Worth, Texas.
 
Personal

Pat grew up in Gainesville, Texas . He and his wife, Jackie, currently reside in Garland, Texas. They are parents of Tim, Mike, and Darla. They have three granddaughters and two grandsons. Pat and Jackie have enjoyed camping in Colorado for more than thirty years. They are also active in their local church.
