Professional Experience
Responding to human need with compassion is what motivates Joanne Carr as an RSI consultant. Confident in the ability of caring individuals and communities to transform lives, Joanne joined RSI with an extensive background in leadership and administration in the human service sector. Joanne's initial training came as a registered nurse. As a nurse executive she gained first hand knowledge of the administrative and executive aspects of leading a service organization. Sought-after for her ability to evaluate systems and develop strategies that embrace individuals and empower vision, Joanne has led planning and assessment studies for Lutheran High School of Orange County, Presbytery of the James, Ecumenical Theological Seminary, Christ Lutheran School, The National Association of Congregational Christian Churches, Northeast Georgia Presbytery, St. John's Lutheran School, and ZOE Ministry. Education Joanne earned a BSN from Florida State University and MSN from Emory University. She has received numerous awards for her service to the Veterans Affairs, including being recognized by the Governor of George and the Georgia State Veterans Office for her noteworthy contribution to veterans. She currently serves on the board of the National Corporative Baptist Fellowship and is active in her local church and community. Personal
