Professional Experience
Dale served as a pastor for 17 years in churches throughout Missouri. As a pastor, Dale hired RSI on two separate occasions to support his congregation's growth. Now, as an RSI consultant, he aids other pastors and their communities of faith to reach their greatest potential. As a stewardship consultant with RSI, Dale McConnell is motivated by assisting churches at a critical stage in their development. Dale is sought after for his analytic skills, exceptional administrative abilities, and his talent for communicating in an effective and engaging manner. He shares his experience and expertise as a mentor to other RSI stewardship consultants. Dale has led thriving stewardship campaigns in churches of many denominations, raising millions of dollars for local church ministries. Dale recently led North Way Community in Wexford, Pennsylvania, and Crossing Community in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to raise over ten million dollars each. Education Dale has a Bachelor of Arts from Oklahoma Baptist University as well as a Master of Divinity and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Systematic Theology from Southwestern Theological Seminary. He has teaching experience in positions such as: Adjunct Professor of Preaching and Worship at William Jewell College, Adjunct Professor in Evangelism at Midwestern Theological Seminary, and as a Teaching Fellow of Systematic Theology at Southwestern Theological Seminary.
