Bill McMillan is motivated by assisting churches to reach their maximum potential for ministry in their local communities. Before joining RSI, Bill served for more than 20 years as both a pastor and a pastoral counselor for congregations in Texas. Bill's training and experience as a pastoral counselor are invaluable to his work as an RSI consultant. He ably assists congregations and their leadership to identify potential, to energize laity, to overcome conflict, and to maximize gifts in order to achieve vitality.

As a Vice President with RSI, Bill serves the management team by spearheading the strategy to market the custom services and attention RSI provides each client. Including sponsorships of conferences and training events nationwide, Bill ensures that RSI is on hand and actively seeking to build relationships with potential clients. He also shares his experience and expertise as mentor and advisor to other RSI stewardship consultants.

As a consultant with RSI, Bill has led thriving stewardship campaigns in churches of many denominations, raising millions of dollars for local ministry. Bill has worked campaigns at Calvary Chapel, Fort Lauderdale, FL, Menlo Park Presbyterian, Menlo Park, CA, Granger Community Church, Granger, IN, Mariner's Church, Irvine, CA, and Gateway Church, Austin, TX.
